Job Description
Coordinates delivery of IOM Armenia country-office projects, aligning implementation, budgets, technical work and partner engagement with plans and donor requirements. The role analyses developments affecting delivery, convenes capacity-building activities, manages project reporting and documentation, and guides staff while strengthening procedures, lessons learned and future project design.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate project implementation and adjust work plans to changing field conditions
- Research and analyse developments, reports, legislation and documentation relevant to project delivery
- Monitor budget expenditure, approved budgets and revisions
- Coordinate financial, administrative and technical project aspects with IOM policies and donor requirements
- Plan and conduct capacity-building workshops for internal and external parties
- Liaise with authorities, UN agencies, partners, donors and other stakeholders
- Prepare correspondence, briefings, presentations and narrative and financial reports
- Document good practices and lessons learned, develop procedures and supervise reporting staff
Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Political or Social Sciences, International Relations, Development Studies, Migration Studies, Human Rights, Law or a related field with five years of relevant professional experience, or High School diploma with seven years
- Experience liaising with government authorities, institutions, UN agencies and non-governmental organizations
- Experience working with migrants, refugees, internally displaced persons, victims of trafficking or other vulnerable groups
- Fluency in English and Armenian, oral and written

- Experience with international humanitarian organizations, non-government or government institutions in a multi-cultural setting
