Job Description

Provides front-line administrative and client support for an IOM-operated Korea Visa Application Centre. The role verifies applications and payments, guides applicants, records case data, safeguards passports and documents, coordinates courier transfers and maintains accurate operational reporting in compliance with Republic of Korea procedures and required service standards.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Provide compliant and service-oriented support to visa applicants
  • Verify applicant identities and delegated representatives under Republic of Korea procedures
  • Give applicants forms, checklists and timely information in person, by phone and email
  • Collect and check visa applications and supporting documents for completeness
  • Record application data and track passports and documents in IOM and Republic of Korea systems
  • Reconcile fees and invoices and safeguard petty cash
  • Verify cases, report findings and prepare operational reports
  • Coordinate secure application and passport transfers with the courier company

Role Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Client Services, Social Science or a related field with two years of relevant professional experience, or high school degree with four years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience in migrant-related programmes or visa-related services
  • Experience in customer service
  • Experience in administration
  • Fluency in English and Korean
