Job Description
Supports the Korea Visa Application Center's daily operations in Berlin under the Team Leader's supervision. The intern helps receive and sort visa applications, checks document completeness for specified visa categories, communicates with beneficiaries about missing documents and passport collection, participates in team meetings and training, and prepares routine activity reports for the centre.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Receive and sort visa applications delivered by post
- Support passport and document logistics and order supporting documents against checklists
- Check document completeness for specified visa types in coordination with the Visa Support Assistant
- Contact visa applicants about missing documents and passport collection
- Attend project meetings and training with the coordinator and KVAC teams
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for KVAC operations
- Undertake other assigned operational tasks for the centre
Role Requirements
- Be enrolled in the final academic year of a first university degree programme at Bachelor's level or equivalent, or have graduated within the past 12 months
- Be between 20 and 36 years old
- Have less than two years of relevant work experience
- English language ability
Desired Criteria
- Scholarship support for an international-organisation internship or internship required to complete studies
- Sponsorship by a government, non-governmental institution or academic body for relevant work areas

- Internship duration: two to six months
- A small monthly stipend may be granted depending on experience and location; interns receiving a remunerated allowance or scholarship from another body are not eligible
- IOM provides occupational accident and illness coverage, while interns must maintain their own non-occupational medical insurance
