The role manages correspondence, information and files; tracks administrative transactions; supports meetings and travel; and maintains practical office services that enable coordination with colleagues and external contacts.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Draft routine correspondence and compile reports, presentations and documentation
- Manage calls, visitors, emails and routine enquiries for the work unit
- Enter, retrieve and update office information and records from multiple sources
- Track administrative transactions in financial, travel and human-resources systems
- Support meetings, events, travel logistics, office supplies and equipment maintenance
Role Requirements
- Secondary school education
- Two years of relevant experience in office support work
- Working knowledge of English
- Must be locally eligible to work and reside within commuting distance of the duty station
Desired Criteria
- Experience supporting front-office settings
- Experience with travel management and high-level meetings
- Intermediate knowledge of another FAO language
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
