Job Description
Supports the daily operation of IOM’s Korea Visa Application Centre by helping the team receive and sort applications, manage passport and document logistics, contact applicants about missing documents and prepare operational reports. The internship offers practical experience within an international visa-services setting and works closely with the centre’s visa support assistants.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Receive and sort visa applications delivered by post
- Support passport and document logistics
- Order visa supporting documents against the relevant checklist
- Contact applicants about missing documents and passport collection
- Attend project meetings and training sessions with KVAC teams
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Complete other assigned KVAC operational tasks
Role Requirements
- Be enrolled in the final academic year of a first university degree programme at bachelor level or equivalent, or have graduated within the last 12 months
- Be between 20 and 36 years of age
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- High level of computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Desired Criteria
- Knowledge of Korean
- Knowledge of another official IOM language
- First experience in customer service or assisting the public

Additional Information
- Interns receive a small monthly stipend depending on experience and location
