Job Description
Transforms Generation Unlimited's Girls' Education and Skills Partnership knowledge and implementation experience into a playbook for practitioners and donors. The consultant applies human-centred design and social and behaviour change approaches to create guidance, tools and a web-based resource that strengthens girl-centred pathways from learning to earning and informs future investments.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Translate GESP knowledge, operational experience, lessons learned and effective approaches into a practical global public good
- Develop an interactive playbook with tools, templates and guidance for girl-centred learning-to-earning pathways
- Apply human-centred design and social and behaviour change lenses to the playbook's content and structure
- Create a web-based visualisation using H5P or similar interactive authoring platforms
- Produce a practitioner-friendly resource that future users can navigate and use independently
Role Requirements
- Advanced university degree in international development, education, gender studies, social and behaviour change, human-centred design, public policy, youth livelihoods or a related field
- At least 7 years of progressively responsible experience developing practitioner-facing tools, playbooks, toolkits or guidance using human-centred design and social and behaviour change approaches for gender-responsive programming
- Fluency in English
Desired Criteria
- Experience in youth livelihoods, youth employment or skills-to-work transitions
- Experience using H5P or similar interactive digital authoring platforms
- Experience supporting multi-country or large-scale international-development programmes
- Familiarity with instructional design or e-learning best practices
- Understanding of barriers affecting adolescent girls and young women
- Experience engaging adolescent girls and young women in programme design and implementation
