Responsibilities
- Design and draft the guide chapter on monitoring, risks and regulations
- Develop content on results frameworks, performance indicators, risk analysis, accountability and adaptive management
- Create templates for results frameworks, risk analysis, monitoring dashboards and impact measurement
- Review the guide's strategic planning and curriculum transformation chapters
- Revise the chapter in response to comments and feedback
- Deliver validated final versions of the chapter and complete methodological guide
Requirements
- Advanced degree in education, educational planning, education policy, monitoring and evaluation, international relations, development studies, business administration, public administration or a related field
- At least ten years of relevant professional experience in the education sector
- Experience designing or supporting curriculum reforms
- Demonstrated expertise in curriculum reform planning
- Expertise in results-based management, monitoring and evaluation, and risk management
- Excellent drafting and writing skills in either French or English
