Responsibilities
- Gather internal and external information on projects and issues related to dispute-resolution activities
- Research development disputes involving environmental, gender-equality and indigenous-identity issues
- Support case research, filing, note-taking and analysis
- Systematise and upload correspondence, meeting notes and case documents to the Case Management System
- Provide logistical and substantive support for case management, presentations and outreach events
- Attend and document internal and external meetings and events
- Maintain absolute confidentiality for Accountability Mechanism and Dispute Resolution Service work
