GESP Evidence and Learning Consultant

Leads evidence, learning and dissemination for the Girls' Education and Skills Partnership, turning cross-country programme data into practical findings for girls' learning and livelihoods. The consultant finalises a tracer-study report, develops learning briefs and convenes events with UNICEF, country offices and partners to inform programme improvement, knowledge sharing and strategic decisions.

• Lead analysis, synthesis and dissemination of GESP evidence and learning outputs
• Finalise the cross-country GESP Tracer Study Report using tracer data from Bangladesh and Nigeria
• Develop learning briefs that translate programme evidence into actionable findings and recommendations
• Organise dissemination events including webinars on gender-responsive skills and livelihoods
• Work with global and country teams and implementing partners to support programme improvement and strategic decision-making

• Bachelor's degree in social science, education, international relations, political science, communications, international development, business administration or a related discipline
• At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in data analysis and technical reports and learning briefs from programme implementation
• Fluency in English

• Advanced university degree
• Experience in youth livelihoods, youth employment or skills-to-work transitions
• Experience in youth livelihoods, gender or Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning
• Understanding of social, financial and policy barriers affecting adolescent girls and young women
• Experience working across global teams, country teams, implementing partners, private-sector actors and youth-serving organisations
