Asistencia técnica para diseñar indicadores de cobertura efectiva del PAE y estrategias de recolección de datos

This remote consultancy will help Peru’s school-feeding programme measure effective coverage and improve information systems. The consultant will map operational processes and actors, design two indicator and data-collection proposals, assess their technical and institutional feasibility, and recommend phased validation and implementation across differentiated food-service modalities.

• Characterise processes, actors, records, information flows and operational variations in school-food delivery
• Design two effective-coverage indicator proposals with data-collection, processing and quality-control strategies
• Compare the technical, operational and institutional feasibility of both indicator proposals
• Formulate recommendations for phased validation and implementation of the selected indicators

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, industrial engineering, social sciences, administration, education, psychology, public policy, public management or a related field
• At least 6 years of experience designing, managing, monitoring or evaluating social programmes serving children or adolescents
• At least 5 years of experience in applied research or studies and consultancies involving qualitative or quantitative data collection or analysis
• At least 5 years of experience designing, implementing or monitoring indicator systems for social projects or programmes
• Proficiency in Spanish

• Previous experience with the United Nations system or Peruvian public sector
