Job Description
Conducts documented benchmarking for UNICEF’s ACT-A–HEPR and WASH programme in Benin. The national consultant will assess large-scale health programming, analyse quantitative and qualitative data, and produce decision-ready analytical reports. The work supports stronger community health, immunisation, emergency and WASH interventions across beneficiary health zones.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Conduct documented benchmarking of ACT-A–HEPR and WASH programming
- Evaluate large-scale health programme monitoring and performance
- Collect and analyse quantitative and qualitative data
- Produce analytical and synthesis reports for decision-makers
- Assess multi-component immunisation, WASH and emergency interventions
- Undertake field work in beneficiary health zones
Role Requirements
- Master’s degree in public health, WASH, humanitarian and community programme management, epidemiology or a related field
- At least five years of experience evaluating, monitoring or benchmarking large-scale health programmes
- Experience in public-health or community-development projects
- Experience managing or evaluating multi-component immunisation, WASH and emergency programmes
- French as the primary required language
Desired Criteria
- Experience with the UN system or UNICEF
- English proficiency
- Knowledge of the Beninese context and community health systems
