Job Description
Supports the Climate Investment Funds Evaluation and Learning Initiative with strategic work for climate finance. The extended-term consultant develops analysis and knowledge products, communicates technical evidence for varied audiences, coordinates evaluation activities and partners, and helps ensure timely learning that informs CIF decisions, strategies and climate-finance practice.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Support activities within the CIF Evaluation and Learning team
- Produce evaluation and learning analysis for climate-finance challenges
- Communicate technical information to diverse audiences
- Coordinate multiple tasks and deliverables within tight deadlines
- Facilitate collaboration and consensus with partners, clients and colleagues
- Support learning that informs CIF decisions and strategies
Role Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent in Economics, Energy Policy, International Development, Public Policy or another related discipline
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in economics, environmental studies, social sciences or related fields
- Excellent written communication and editing skills for technical information
- English is required
Desired Criteria
- Knowledge of World Bank Group or multilateral development bank policies and procedures is helpful
