Job Description
Designs and delivers diversity, equity and inclusion learning for the UN Joint Staff Pension Fund's Office of Investment Management. The consultant works with stakeholders to strengthen commitments to anti-racism, gender equality and disability inclusion, develops guidance and training materials, and provides five workshops with follow-up support and recommendations for improvement.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Plan workshop content with relevant stakeholders
- Develop training materials and diversity guidance for staff
- Deliver five diversity and inclusion workshops
- Provide follow-up support after learning sessions
- Identify areas for improvement in inclusion practice
- Recommend actions addressing identified inclusion gaps
Role Requirements
- Advanced university degree in human resource management, psychology, industrial relations, sociology, education or a related field, or a first-level degree with qualifying experience
- At least 10 years of experience in human resources, diversity, equity and inclusion, education, facilitation or coaching
- Fluency in spoken and written English
