Summary of Responsibilities
- Contribute data-driven insights to HR policy development, corporate initiatives and workforce planning
- Provide strategic HR-policy guidance and support on complex personnel relations matters
- Oversee talent acquisition, job classification, onboarding, performance management, benefits and contract administration
- Lead workforce planning and personnel realignment activities with corporate HR teams and partners
- Facilitate HR learning sessions, knowledge sharing, research and HR reports for assigned operations
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline with 2 years of relevant experience, or a master's degree in any discipline with no relevant experience
- Experience in recruitment, HR contract administration, employee relations, organization design and development, or related areas
- Experience using collaboration and productivity tools and web-based management systems
- Fluent English
- Applicants must be nationals of countries in Africa, Europe or Asia, or hold a valid residence and work permit in those countries
Desired Criteria
- A globally or nationally recognized professional certificate in Human Resource Management
- Experience working in multicultural environments or UN system organizations in a developing country
- Experience in development or humanitarian contexts
