Job Description
Provides strategic operational People and Culture support to UNICEF Supply Division in Copenhagen. The Officer researches policy, analyses HR data and cases, advises client managers, improves systems and processes, and supports recruitment, workforce planning, performance management and tailored HR solutions to strengthen an equitable, high-performing and future-ready supply-community workforce.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational People and Culture support to Centres
- Research policies, analyse HR data and advise on HR matters and action plans
- Improve People and Culture systems, policies and processes through practical recommendations
- Support recruitment, HR operations, staff support and performance management
- Analyse HR cases, interpret policies and recommend solutions
- Collect and analyse HR data, metrics and reporting processes
- Collaborate across People and Culture units to deliver tailored HR solutions
- Manage and support team members to deliver timely, high-quality services
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources management, business management, international relations, psychology or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant human-resources-management experience in an international organisation or large corporation
- Fluency in English
Desired Criteria
- International-level and UN experience in relevant fields
- Knowledge of SAP and TMS
- Excel experience including pivot tables and basic data-analysis tools
- Country-level experience in development, fragile or humanitarian contexts
