Overview

Responsibilities
- Administer HR activities across workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance and offboarding
- Advise managers and employees on policies, procedures, employment conditions and people matters
- Develop and update HR policies, guidance and supporting documentation
- Deliver HR programmes and initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness and employee experience
- Support organizational change and ensure compliance with controls and applicable rules
- Analyse HR issues and prepare reports, recommendations and executive briefing materials
Requirements
- A relevant bachelor's degree with at least two years of professional HR experience, or at least six years of progressive related expertise without a degree
- At least two years developing and implementing HR policies, procedures or programmes across the employee lifecycle
- Experience advising managers and employees and analysing HR issues
- Advanced proficiency in one NATO official language and beginner proficiency in the other
- Nationality of a NATO member country
- Security clearance and medical approval
