Overview

Supports LANDCOM’s Civilian Human Resources Branch with personnel administration and recruitment. The intern helps prepare and coordinate civilian personnel procedures, updates records, completes personnel files with stakeholders and creates documents in accordance with NATO regulations and command directives.

Responsibilities

  • Support preparation, coordination and execution of civilian personnel procedures
  • Assist with filing, record updates and other human-resources administration
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to complete civilian personnel files
  • Support recruitment processes for different personnel groups
  • Create and distribute personnel documents

Requirements

  • Citizenship of a NATO member nation
  • First university degree, preferably in human resources or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience or interest in human resources, personnel management, document management or administration
  • Proficiency in English
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • Suitable civilian profile and eligibility to obtain NATO SECRET clearance
  • Social insurance including healthcare coverage

  • Travel to and from Türkiye may be reimbursed up to EUR 1,200
  • Interns are responsible for accommodation and work-permit arrangements
