Responsibilities

  • Map arrival and departure procedures for LANDCOM personnel and families
  • Create newcomer information packs covering tasks, documents, locations and timelines
  • Develop departure checklists and vehicle-registration guidance
  • Build a central digital repository for arrival and departure resources
  • Prepare orientation slides, handouts and briefing points
  • Establish a feedback system and update support materials
  • Provide routine administrative and organisational support to welfare staff

Requirements

  • Citizenship of a NATO member nation
  • At least two years of successful university study or equivalent, with current-student or recent-graduate status
  • University certification that the internship supports the applicant’s professional development
  • English proficiency at NATO SLP 2222 or higher
  • Interest in administration, human resources, public service or community support
  • Ability to research, organise information and create clear written products
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Social insurance including healthcare coverage
