Lessons Learned Intern

Supports LANDCOM’s Lessons Learned Section by managing and analysing data in the Lessons Learned Portal, integrating lessons across NATO divisions and partners, supporting doctrine development and training, and contributing to interoperability assessments and capability-development work.

Department: Lessons Learned Section

• Manage and analyse lessons data through the Lessons Learned Portal
• Support delivery of lessons-learned services during LANDCOM training
• Contribute to doctrine development and assist doctrine custodians
• Support interoperability assessments for the land domain
• Contribute to interoperability capability development for the EFDI project
• Integrate lessons across LANDCOM divisions, NATO partners and JALLC

• Citizenship of a NATO member nation
• At least two years of successful university study or equivalent, with current-student or recent-graduate status
• University certification that the internship supports the applicant’s professional development
• Proficiency in English
• Experience or interest in administration, editing, writing, document management or information systems
• Basic Microsoft Word skills and familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Eligibility to obtain NATO SECRET clearance
• Social insurance including healthcare coverage

• Travel to and from Türkiye may be reimbursed up to EUR 1,200
• Interns are responsible for accommodation and work-permit arrangements
