Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the organisation’s information-management landscape
  • Help operational and project teams find, create and distribute critical information
  • Organise and facilitate meetings during cyber-security operations and incidents
  • Capture real-time minutes, decisions and action items
  • Distribute outcomes and communications promptly to relevant stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate information flow and situational awareness under pressure
  • Manage communication channels supporting rapid-response coordination

Requirements

  • Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with three years of post-related experience, or secondary education with five years
  • Experience in cyber security and understanding of cyber-security operations and terminology
  • Experience in information or knowledge management
  • Knowledge of Atlassian tools or SharePoint
  • Fluent written and spoken English
