Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the organisation’s information-management landscape
- Help operational and project teams find, create and distribute critical information
- Organise and facilitate meetings during cyber-security operations and incidents
- Capture real-time minutes, decisions and action items
- Distribute outcomes and communications promptly to relevant stakeholders
- Maintain accurate information flow and situational awareness under pressure
- Manage communication channels supporting rapid-response coordination
Requirements
- Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with three years of post-related experience, or secondary education with five years
- Experience in cyber security and understanding of cyber-security operations and terminology
- Experience in information or knowledge management
- Knowledge of Atlassian tools or SharePoint
- Fluent written and spoken English
