Overview

Strengthen NATO cyber defence by accrediting information systems, maintaining security policy, coordinating audits and remediation, evaluating network posture, advising authorities, surveying partners, tracking threats, training stakeholders, maintaining security knowledge and representing the Cyber Security Section.

Responsibilities

  • Accredit NATO communications and information systems
  • Maintain the NATO cyber-security policy framework
  • Coordinate cyber-security audits, evaluations and finding remediation
  • Assess NATO network security posture with internal technical teams
  • Advise projects on cyber-security controls and industry involvement
  • Conduct security surveys with partner organizations
  • Draft cyber-security policies, directives and guidance
  • Train accreditation stakeholders and represent the Section in forums

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent qualification in cyber security, information systems or a related subject
  • Five years of relevant cyber-security experience
  • Cloud and edge-computing deployment experience
  • Advanced proficiency in either English or French and beginner proficiency in the other
  • Strong analytical and technical-communication capability
  • Nationality of a NATO member country
