Officer, Security Architecture and Cyber Capabilities

The officer leads NATO cyber capability and security architecture, developing security-by-design and cryptographic architectures, assessing programmes and urgent projects, managing implementation risks, coordinating Allied, agency and industry engineers, and governing enterprise architecture standards.

• Develop cyber capability and security architectures
• Apply security-by-design and cryptographic requirements
• Assess cyber programmes and urgent projects
• Control programme plans and implementation risks
• Coordinate Allied, agency and industry engineers
• Evaluate interoperability across NATO capabilities
• Govern NATO reference architecture conformity

• University degree in computer science, cybersecurity or a related field
• At least four years of IT, system architecture and integration experience
• Security architecture design or implementation experience
• Advanced English or French and beginner proficiency in the other
• Nationality of a NATO member country

• Enterprise architecture or security certification
• Cloud environment experience
• Cybersecurity audit experience
