Job Description
This internship supports UNOPS inclusion work through employee-resource groups, internal networks and community engagement. The intern will coordinate activities, events and communications; maintain participation and action trackers; support onboarding and stakeholder follow-up; and gain practical experience advancing workplace equity across gender, disability, generations, LGBTQIA+ and race.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Support the coordination and daily functioning of employee resource groups and internal DEI communities
- Schedule meetings, prepare materials and track participation, activities, outputs and follow-up needs
- Organise DEI meetings, workshops, campaigns and events and maintain action trackers
- Draft internal communication materials and support their dissemination across internal platforms
- Provide administrative support, onboarding coordination and responses to internal DEI enquiries
Role Requirements
- Completed first-level university degree, postgraduate enrolment, or graduation from postgraduate studies within three years before the internship start date
- Fluent English
Desired Criteria
- Experience in human resources, social justice, diversity and inclusion, disability inclusion, psychology or related fields
- Intermediate French
- Intermediate Spanish
