Job Description
Manages a UNJSPF Pension Administration contracts portfolio and strengthens acquisition planning for the Business Support Section. The role oversees contract performance and procurement documentation, advises business units on sourcing and administration, analyzes demand and budget data, improves controls, and produces reports and management information for efficient delivery of goods and service.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Manage assigned contracts, monitoring implementation, contractor performance, compliance and delivery of contractual outputs
- Prepare and review statements of work, terms of reference, technical specifications, evaluation criteria and requisitions
- Advise business units and technical stakeholders through procurement and contract-management processes
- Support acquisition planning by assessing sourcing strategies, procurement methods, market conditions and inventory needs
- Analyze demand plans, budget forecasts, consumption trends and procurement activities to improve resource utilization
- Maintain procurement controls and records and prepare portfolio performance reports
Role Requirements
- Advanced university degree in business administration, public administration, supply chain, logistics, procurement or a related field; a first-level degree with qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced degree
- At least five years of progressively responsible experience in supply chain management, logistics, acquisition planning, procurement or a related area
- Either English or French is required
Desired Criteria
- Completion of degree and non-degree programmes in data analytics, business analytics or data science
- ERP experience in production planning, scheduling, inventory control, procurement and logistics processes
- Experience in international supply-chain or logistics work
- Two or more years of experience in data analytics or related areas
