Summary of Responsibilities
- Support planning, coordination and delivery of strategic initiatives across the ITSCE portfolio
- Conduct business analysis, process improvement and requirements-gathering activities
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement across operational, business and technology teams
- Develop management presentations, briefing notes, reports and outreach materials
- Monitor project milestones, risks, dependencies and performance indicators
Role Requirements
- Master's degree in a stated field
- 2-6 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in program management, business operations, business analysis, strategy or digital transformation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
