Summary of Responsibilities

  • Support planning, coordination and delivery of strategic initiatives across the ITSCE portfolio
  • Conduct business analysis, process improvement and requirements-gathering activities
  • Coordinate stakeholder engagement across operational, business and technology teams
  • Develop management presentations, briefing notes, reports and outreach materials
  • Monitor project milestones, risks, dependencies and performance indicators

Role Requirements

  • Master's degree in a stated field
  • 2-6 years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience in program management, business operations, business analysis, strategy or digital transformation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
