• Support lending operations and investment transactions for digital access
• Analyze financing opportunities, project viability and implementation risks
• Design policy reforms and financing structures for broadband adoption
• Support public-private partnerships and digital infrastructure investments

• Master’s degree in a relevant field
• 2-6 years of relevant professional experience
• Fluency in English

• Experience with MDBs, DFIs, financial institutions, investors, issuers, corporates, governments or advisory work is an advantage
• Proficiency in other languages is an advantage
