This World Bank Young Professional supports corporate digital transformation in Washington, DC. The role maps pain points in real estate, security and business services; redesigns processes using AI, automation and data workflows; prototypes agentic AI; analyses SAP, ServiceNow and data-lake information; convenes stakeholders; and develops roadmaps, milestones and success measures for services.

• Assess corporate-service processes and identify transformation opportunities
• Develop future-state designs using AI, automation and workflow orchestration
• Research and prototype agentic AI use cases for staff decision-making
• Develop insights and performance measures from SAP, ServiceNow and data lakes
• Facilitate working sessions with business partners and technology teams
• Develop phased roadmaps, milestones and success measures for delivery

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field combining business and technology disciplines
• 2-6 years of relevant experience in business process transformation, digital enablement, or operational change in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Demonstrated knowledge of AI, automation and agentic AI frameworks

• Knowledge of SAFe or a comparable enterprise agile methodology is preferred
• Experience with Lean, Design Thinking, Agile or BPMN methods
