Summary of Responsibilities
- Assess corporate-service processes and identify transformation opportunities
- Develop future-state designs using AI, automation and workflow orchestration
- Research and prototype agentic AI use cases for staff decision-making
- Develop insights and performance measures from SAP, ServiceNow and data lakes
- Facilitate working sessions with business partners and technology teams
- Develop phased roadmaps, milestones and success measures for delivery
Role Requirements
- A minimum of a Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field combining business and technology disciplines
- 2-6 years of relevant experience in business process transformation, digital enablement, or operational change in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Demonstrated knowledge of AI, automation and agentic AI frameworks
Desired Criteria
- Knowledge of SAFe or a comparable enterprise agile methodology is preferred
- Experience with Lean, Design Thinking, Agile or BPMN methods
