This Young Professionals Program technology role will advance enterprise service management and software asset management across the World Bank Group. The participant will support governance, licence compliance and cost optimization, develop reporting and analytics, and coordinate process integration, automation and AI-enabled service delivery with technology stakeholders.

• Support enterprise service management practices
• Advance software asset management governance
• Improve technology asset visibility and optimization
• Define service-management roadmaps
• Develop service-performance reporting and analytics

• A minimum of a master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 2–6 years of relevant professional experience
• Proficiency in English

• Knowledge of other languages may be an advantage
