Leads NCIA's CIS Support Element in Sigonella, directing strategic and operational management of communication and information services for NATO customers. The role steers service delivery, risk and continuity management, quality practices and stakeholder relationships, while forming and leading teams that sustain reliable end-to-end support through peacetime, crisis and war.

• Develop and review processes that embed strategic management in operational management
• Plan and implement complex risk-management activities for the function
• Monitor service delivery and implement actions that maintain or improve service levels
• Ensure service-level agreements are complete and cost-effective across the service catalogue
• Lead workgroups and individuals to achieve organisational objectives
• Manage continuity-management plans and relationships for critical business processes
• Ensure projects, teams and functions meet required organisational quality levels

• Master's degree in a related discipline with five years of post-related experience or Bachelor's degree with eight years of post-related experience
• At least five years as a Service Owner, IT Service Manager or similar role in resource management, service delivery and IT operations
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Experience with Business Intake and Customer Relationship Management
