Job Description
Provides expert business-systems advice and first-line support for NATO’s financial ERP environment. The officer will administer Oracle E-Business Suite setup and master data, analyse business processes, test and train users, support change and ERP projects, and help ensure reliable, secure financial, acquisition and reporting operations across NATO entities.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support to the business-systems user community
- Administer Oracle E-Business Suite setup and master data
- Resolve issues involving transactional processing, interfaces and reporting
- Drive business-process and standards improvements in the Office of Financial Control
- Support ERP projects and system integration across NATO entities
- Evaluate ERP progress and contribute to issue resolution and stakeholder reporting
Role Requirements
- University degree in management information systems, operations research, economics, accounting, business-process engineering, business administration, public administration, finance or related discipline
- At least two years of experience implementing, supporting, administering or configuring Oracle E-Business Suite applications
- Experience with security administration, user monitoring, software releases and system controls
- Advanced knowledge of ERP and financial systems
- Advanced proficiency in one NATO official language and beginner proficiency in the other
- Nationality of a NATO member country
Desired Criteria
- Experience supporting artificial-intelligence tools for finance, procurement or human resources
- Knowledge of IFRS or IPSAS
- Experience with financial and management processes in governments or large international organisations
