Systems Administrator

NATO DIANA seeks a Systems Administrator in London to maintain secure cloud infrastructure. The administrator will manage Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID and SaaS platforms; support devices, patches and vulnerabilities; administer access controls; automate provisioning and monitoring; maintain documentation; work with providers and users; and improve IT-service resilience.

• Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID and SaaS platforms
• Support endpoint and device-management administration
• Maintain patching, vulnerability management and security controls
• Support identity, access and security administration
• Automate provisioning, monitoring and reporting
• Maintain documentation and user guidance
• Support IT service-management activities
• Work with suppliers and internal stakeholders

• Higher vocational training and two years of related experience, or secondary education and four years of related experience
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Azure in a cloud enterprise
• Knowledge of Entra ID, Intune, Defender and endpoint-management solutions
• Advanced proficiency in English or French and beginner proficiency in the other
• Nationality of a NATO member country

• Cloud, infrastructure, systems-administration or cybersecurity certifications
• API, software-development or systems-integration knowledge
• Experience in cloud-native or innovation-focused environments
