Job Description
The HR Systems and Digital Solutions Expert supports UNIDO's human-resources digital transformation in Vienna. The consultant gathers requirements, enhances and tests HR platforms, provides user support and training, develops functional documentation, coordinates systems projects, and improves HR data quality, reporting and analytics through SAP, SuccessFactors and business-intelligence tools.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Gather HR business-process, workflow, reporting and system-enhancement requirements
- Translate HR requirements into functional specifications for HR platforms
- Administer HR systems, manage enhancement requests and support testing, upgrades and user-acceptance testing
- Provide first- and second-level support for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors users
- Create knowledge articles, user guides, training materials and recurring-issue analysis
- Draft business requirements, test plans and user manuals and coordinate with implementation partners
- Validate HR data and generate reports, dashboards and analytics using HR systems and BI tools
Role Requirements
- Advanced university degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, HR information management or a related field
- First-level university degree or advanced technical college diploma plus three additional years of directly relevant professional experience
- At least three years of professional experience in a relevant field
- Professional experience with HR systems or enterprise applications
- Fluency in written and spoken English
Desired Criteria
- Experience with SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM or similar platforms
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform or TOPdesk
- Experience in functional analysis, system testing, user support or documentation
- Exposure to recruitment, payroll, time management or organisational-management processes
- International or multicultural work experience
- Knowledge of another official United Nations language
