Job Description
The UNODC individual contractor will develop interoperability, reporting and statistics modules for the Integrated Asset Information System from La Paz. The assignment designs architecture, APIs, data exchange and security controls; integrates modules with SIIB; builds dashboards and reports; performs testing and deployment; and delivers technical documentation, manuals and training materials.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Analyse functional and technical requirements with user departments
- Design interoperability, reporting and statistics module architecture
- Develop web services and automated information-exchange validations
- Implement security controls and integrate modules with the SIIB database
- Build exportable reports, statistical queries, dashboards and metrics
- Test, deploy and document modules and deliver user training materials
Role Requirements
- High school diploma
- At least three years of demonstrable IT or systems-development experience
- Knowledge of data integration, information security, project management or business intelligence
- Spanish fluency with oral and written proficiency
Desired Criteria
- First degree in computer science, information technology, systems engineering or a related field
- JavaScript, PostgreSQL database and Vue.js programming skills
- Knowledge of another UN language
