• Review gaps and bottlenecks in the 2021 ICT standards
• Assess technology trends and international best practices
• Draft performance-based functional ICT standards
• Define modern centralized security and data-privacy requirements
• Facilitate stakeholder consultations
• Finalize standards and a consultation report

• Advanced university degree in ICT, ICT management, project management, computer science, information technology, telecommunications engineering, computer engineering or business administration
• At least ten years of progressive professional experience in ICT, IT solutions architecture, IT vendor management or digital-transformation project management
• Fluency in English and the official languages of Bosnia and Herzegovina: Bosnian, Croatian and Serbian
