Job Description
This national UN Volunteer assignment strengthens Yemen's health information system for UNICEF and the Ministry of Public Health and Population. The expert will develop, maintain and integrate DHIS2 and eLMIS platforms, improve data quality and reporting, build national-team capacity, and use programme analysis to support evidence-based planning, implementation and decision-making across health programmes.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Configure DHIS2 and eLMIS indicators, data elements, data flows and forms
- Maintain cloud servers, install DHIS2 instances and migrate databases
- Train national teams in troubleshooting, web-API use and data transfer
- Develop programme reports, analyses and dashboards
- Strengthen DHIS2 and eLMIS policies and information-sharing protocols
- Review health-information systems and improve data timeliness and quality
Role Requirements
- Seven years of professional experience in digital health, information management, data systems or a related field
- Experience implementing DHIS2, including system configuration, deployment or management
- Experience in server management, particularly LMIS
- Experience with web or API system integration
- Experience with data collection systems, databases and mapping or GIS
