Strengthens UNICEF Colombia's digital fundraising operations by improving the systems and transaction processes used to collect, reconcile and administer donations. The assignment monitors integrations across Salesforce, payment and financial platforms, analyses operational data, coordinates vendors and internal teams, tests changes, builds controls and dashboards, and documents reliable processes for donor management.

• Manage and monitor transaction processes for donation collection, reconciliation and administration
• Monitor integrations between Salesforce and payment, financial and technology platforms
• Document and escalate operational incidents affecting donor and collection systems
• Analyse transaction and operational data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities
• Support new platforms, integrations and digital-transformation solutions for donor management
• Coordinate technology vendors, financial institutions, payment gateways and internal teams
• Define operational controls, indicators and dashboards for data quality, risk mitigation and decision-making
• Conduct user-acceptance testing and validate changes before new functionality enters production

• Education in systems, software, computing, industrial or process engineering, business, finance, statistics, mathematics, data science or a related field
• Experience in transaction processes, payment methods, financial reconciliation and collection operations
• Knowledge of data administration and analysis, customer-relationship management, process automation and technology platforms
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft 365
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, large information volumes and process documentation
• Full-time availability and exclusivity with the United Nations system
• Spanish proficiency

• Experience in banking, financial technology, payment gateways, e-commerce, international organisations or complex technology environments
• Experience with Salesforce, SQL, Power BI or similar technologies
