Responsibilities
- Provide technical and programme support for national digital-health implementation
- Develop policy and strategic-planning inputs for the digital-health ecosystem
- Guide enterprise architecture, interoperability and user-centred system design
- Coordinate the health ministry, development partners and technical stakeholders
- Support deployment and management of digital public goods and health platforms
- Monitor implementation, analyse results and prepare technical reports
- Train counterparts and strengthen sustainable digital-health capacity
Requirements
- Advanced degree in health informatics, computer science, public health, development studies or a related field
- At least seven years of digital-health experience including system deployment and project management
- Experience working with ministries of health and development partners
- Experience with digital public goods such as DHIS2, OpenLMIS, iHRIS or OpenMRS
- Fluency in English
