Overview
UNICEF Ghana seeks a national consultant to coordinate the UNICEF Startup Lab and guide its transition to the University of Ghana and Ghana-Korea Impact Centre. The four-month assignment covers accelerator delivery, youth entrepreneurship partnerships, monitoring, knowledge management and donor reporting.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery of the UNICEF Startup Lab entrepreneurship and innovation programme
- Support the programme's institutional transition to its university-based host
- Build partnerships with innovation hubs, accelerators, universities and ecosystem actors
- Monitor programme implementation, results and risks
- Document lessons and develop knowledge products for the innovation ecosystem
- Prepare project updates and donor reports
- Provide project management and coordination support to participating startups and partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in social sciences, innovation, entrepreneurship, public administration, computer science or a relevant field
- At least five years of relevant professional experience
- Experience with innovation ecosystems, entrepreneurship or startup acceleration
- English proficiency
