Product Manager

Leads rapid development and deployment of reusable AI products for World Bank country and regional teams. The manager shapes demand, defines product vision and roadmaps, guides Agile delivery and governance, coordinates cross-functional teams and investments, and scales secure solutions from prototype to production.

• Engage country and regional teams to identify high-impact opportunities for rapidly deployable AI solutions
• Lead discovery of use cases, trends and reusable patterns for rapid prototyping
• Define a scalable product vision and roadmap that balances fast MVP delivery with long-term reuse
• Lead the Agile Release Train to align delivery teams and sustain development velocity
• Design responsible-AI governance that meets compliance and security standards
• Capture stakeholder feedback and evolve the roadmap to maximise operational impact
• Oversee vendors, partners, product financials and strategic investment decisions
• Lead cross-functional teams through ideation, prototyping and production rollout
