Overview
The coordinator will direct full-life-cycle projects for NATO’s Alliance Future Surveillance and Control programme in Norfolk. The role will convert requirements into implementation plans, monitor cost, scope, schedule, risk and performance, and align multinational capability development.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate Alliance Future Surveillance and Control enhancement projects
- Convert capability requirements into programme and implementation plans
- Monitor project cost, scope, schedule, risk and performance across the lifecycle
- Coordinate capability acceptance, improvement and disposal with NATO stakeholders
- Align surveillance, command-and-control, cyber and communications capability work
- Guide project managers and multidisciplinary teams and represent HQ SACT externally
Requirements
- Relevant university degree with two years of function-related experience, or higher secondary education with advanced vocational qualification and four years
- Six years of full-life-cycle programme-management experience
- Four years developing a data-centric environment in a complex organization
- Four years in a military capability-development role
- English proficiency at SLP 3333
- Ability to obtain NATO Secret security clearance
