Responsibilities
- Assess existing disease-surveillance, meteorological and environmental data systems
- Define interoperability architecture, data workflows and exchange requirements
- Develop and test a prototype climate-sensitive disease early-warning solution
- Consult health, meteorological and technical stakeholders through interviews and workshops
- Train national users and document operational procedures for the integrated system
- Prepare a costed roadmap for sustainable national scale-up
Requirements
- Master’s degree in health informatics, information systems, public health, epidemiology, environmental health, climate science, computer science or a related field
- At least seven years of relevant professional experience
- Demonstrated experience with IDSR, DHIS2 or comparable health-information platforms
- Demonstrated experience integrating climate and health data
- Fluency in English
