- Test new platform functionality and document observed defects
- Validate system data, calculations and workflows across integrated sources
- Translate user feedback into clear Product Backlog Items
- Track issues and coordinate follow-up with platform developers
- Respond to user queries and support webinars and training activities
- Contribute to guidance materials and preparedness-related operational tasks
Requirements
- Current enrolment in an undergraduate or graduate degree programme, or graduation within the past two years
- Six months to one year of software testing, quality assurance or data-validation experience through work, internship or academic projects
- Basic understanding of software testing principles and methods
- Written and spoken English excellence
