Responsibilities

  • Test new platform functionality and document observed defects
  • Validate system data, calculations and workflows across integrated sources
  • Translate user feedback into clear Product Backlog Items
  • Track issues and coordinate follow-up with platform developers
  • Respond to user queries and support webinars and training activities
  • Contribute to guidance materials and preparedness-related operational tasks

Requirements

  • Current enrolment in an undergraduate or graduate degree programme, or graduation within the past two years
  • Six months to one year of software testing, quality assurance or data-validation experience through work, internship or academic projects
  • Basic understanding of software testing principles and methods
  • Written and spoken English excellence
