ET Consultant – Agile Coach

World Bank seeks an Extended Term Agile Coach in Washington, D.C. to strengthen delivery across ITS. The consultant will coach teams and leaders, facilitate workshops, improve backlog and workflow practices, identify bottlenecks, clarify ownership and collaboration, use enterprise delivery tools and metrics, and communicate agile transformation outcomes to executives and stakeholders.

• Coach ITS teams and leaders in Scrum, Kanban and fit-for-purpose Agile practices
• Facilitate workshops to clarify goals, improve collaboration and accelerate delivery
• Improve backlog management, prioritization and workflow practices
• Identify bottlenecks and implement practical workflow improvements
• Support role clarity, accountability and cross-functional collaboration
• Use delivery tools and metrics to improve transparency and predictability

• Master’s degree with five years experience or Bachelor’s degree with seven years experience
• Experience in IT operating-model change and transformation enablement
• Experience using Azure DevOps or Jira
• Agile coaching and product-management certifications

• Design Thinking or Human-Centered Design certification
• Prosci Certified Change Practitioner or comparable change-enablement certification
