ICT Associate - Systems SupportNew

UNOPS seeks an ICT Associate to coordinate on-site delivery of the AC-AMS attendance system for the OCM-ICO in Cotabato City. The retainer supports Linux infrastructure, deployments, development tooling and sprint delivery while linking local technical teams with distributed project leadership and documenting daily progress, risks and operational requirements.

• Coordinate on-site technical implementation and communicate delivery status, blockers and risks to the ICT Specialist
• Support Linux server monitoring, environment configuration, deployment readiness and biometric terminal connectivity
• Provide access provisioning and first-line troubleshooting for development tooling and workflows
• Participate in sprint delivery, version-control and CI/CD processes, and support milestone completion
• Maintain environment, deployment and operational documentation and contribute to knowledge transfer with OCM-ICO personnel

• Secondary education with 6 years of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree in any discipline with 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience in ICT operations, systems administration, technical support or IT infrastructure
• Working knowledge of Linux server environments, including file permissions, package and service management, and shell log inspection
• Experience supporting the software development lifecycle, including version control, testing or deployment processes
• Fluent English and Filipino
