ICT Senior Associate - Quality AssuranceNew

UNOPS seeks an ICT Senior Associate to lead quality assurance for the AC-AMS attendance-processing module at the OCM-ICO in Cotabato City. The retainer develops test strategies, validates attendance and payroll logic, coordinates user acceptance testing and data reconciliation, and documents secure, audit-ready evidence to support deployment and institutional knowledge transfer.

• Prepare quality-assurance strategies, test plans, test cases, schedules and defect-management procedures
• Validate attendance calculations, payroll deductions and CSV outputs against policy and functional specifications
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and lead reconciliation of system payroll outputs with historical datasets
• Track, retest and validate defects and discrepancies before milestone acceptance and deployment
• Maintain testing records, UAT reports and handover materials, and transfer quality-assurance practices to OCM-ICO counterparts

• Secondary education with 7 years of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree in any discipline with 3 years of relevant experience
• Professional software quality-assurance experience
• Experience developing test cases from policy documents or business-rule specifications
• Proficiency in automated testing tools
• Experience in data reconciliation and rule-based correctness testing of computed outputs
• Fluent English and Filipino
