Job Description
Manages UNHCR Malaysia's Salesforce donor-database migration, administration and reporting for Private Sector Partnerships. The associate supports data migration and testing, maintains payment and donor data, configures users and permissions, builds dashboards and segmentation analysis, trains users, protects data privacy, and translates fundraising data into business insight for stakeholders.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Support data migration between legacy and new systems
- Monitor migrated-data consistency and report inaccuracies
- Perform user-acceptance testing of system functions
- Process monthly donation transactions and automated data feeds
- Configure database users and permissions
- Create Salesforce dashboards and reports for operations and segmentation
- Analyse payment approval and unsuccessful donation rates
- Train users and document database enhancements
Role Requirements
- High school diploma, with a bachelor's degree in IT-system management, information-systems management or a related field desirable
- Three years of relevant database, payment or IT-system-management experience with a high school diploma, or two years with a bachelor's degree
- Written and spoken English and Malay proficiency
- CRM-systems knowledge, preferably Salesforce
- MS Excel knowledge

- Fundraising and not-for-profit operations experience
