Senior PSP Assistant (Middle Donor)

Builds UNHCR Thailand's middle-donor programme by cultivating donors and prospects, delivering personalised communications and moving suitable supporters toward major giving. The role coordinates fundraising campaigns, analyses giving trends and programme performance, maintains accurate donor records, and helps the donor-development team increase sustainable income and retention.

• Develop and execute a middle-donor strategy to increase revenue and donor retention
• Cultivate middle-donor portfolios and identify prospects for the programme pipeline
• Coordinate with Private Partnerships and Philanthropy to identify potential major donors
• Build personalised donor relationships through direct mail, LINE, telemarketing, email, SMS, social media and events
• Create fundraising campaigns and materials with cross-functional teams
• Monitor donor giving trends and provide reports and recommendations to management
• Maintain accurate donor records and track programme KPIs against annual targets

• High school diploma with at least two years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree or higher with at least one year
• Experience in donor or customer development, marketing or communications
• Proficiency in written and spoken Thai and English

• Experience guiding donor-care or customer-service teams
• Private-sector fundraising or direct marketing experience in a business-to-consumer environment
• Experience with direct mail, telemarketing and email fundraising channels
• Knowledge of customer segmentation and analysis approaches
• Experience training fundraising or sales representatives
• Experience coordinating day-to-day supplier work
