Associate Senior AI Solutions Officer

Designs and operationalises enterprise AI solutions for World Bank fiduciary operations, combining generative and agentic AI, knowledge retrieval, automation and secure platform integration. The role leads architecture, delivery, governance and adoption with global product, data and engineering teams.

• Design and deploy secure, production-ready AI solutions for fiduciary business needs
• Build AI agents, multi-agent workflows, conversational assistants and document-processing services
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation, semantic search, vector search and knowledge repositories
• Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise applications, data platforms, APIs and digital workflows
• Establish security, privacy, compliance, observability and lifecycle controls for AI services
• Partner with business, product, data and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Drive responsible AI adoption through training, guidance and technical standards
• Evaluate emerging technologies and lead experiments and proofs of concept

• Master's degree plus eight years, bachelor's degree plus ten years, or an equivalent combination in a computing, data or AI field
• At least seven years of software engineering, data engineering, AI solution development or solution architecture experience
• Experience delivering enterprise AI, automation or data-driven solutions
• Experience translating business requirements into technology solutions
• Strong Python programming and modern software-engineering skills
• Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, microservices and system-integration patterns

• Experience delivering AI solutions in financial services, development, risk, compliance or regulated environments
• Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry or Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Knowledge of knowledge graphs, semantic layers, digital twins or intelligent automation platforms
• Familiarity with Agile, SAFe or product operating models
• Relevant cloud, AI or architecture certification
• Experience with OutSystems
