Associate Senior Service Management Officer (Agentic AI & Hyperautomation Portfolio Lead)

Leads the World Bank’s Agentic AI and hyperautomation portfolio, shaping strategy, roadmaps and investments. The officer identifies high-value opportunities, guides scalable orchestration patterns, establishes responsible-AI governance, evaluates platforms and vendors, aligns stakeholders and tracks realised operational value.

• Shape Agentic AI and hyperautomation priorities, roadmaps and investment decisions
• Identify and prioritise automation opportunities and develop value-realisation business cases
• Guide reusable AI-orchestration patterns across platforms and business domains
• Establish governance, standards, controls and responsible-AI guardrails
• Align security, risk, legal, compliance, procurement and architecture stakeholders
• Communicate opportunities, risks and recommendations to senior governance forums
• Assess emerging technologies, platforms and vendor roadmaps
• Oversee a portfolio of AI initiatives and track adoption and business value
• Resolve barriers to scale and promote sustainable operating models

• Technology expertise in Agentic AI, intelligent automation and AI orchestration
