- Shape Agentic AI and hyperautomation priorities, roadmaps and investment decisions
- Identify and prioritise automation opportunities and develop value-realisation business cases
- Guide reusable AI-orchestration patterns across platforms and business domains
- Establish governance, standards, controls and responsible-AI guardrails
- Align security, risk, legal, compliance, procurement and architecture stakeholders
- Communicate opportunities, risks and recommendations to senior governance forums
- Assess emerging technologies, platforms and vendor roadmaps
- Oversee a portfolio of AI initiatives and track adoption and business value
- Resolve barriers to scale and promote sustainable operating models
