IT Business Analyst – AI Transformation

Bridges INTERPOL business teams and technology delivery for AI transformation initiatives, shaping project concepts, requirements and roadmaps. The analyst evaluates solutions, supports tenders and testing, guides adoption and tracks product performance to improve automated processes and digital services for policing users.

Department: IT Projects Department

• Assess project opportunities, requirements and existing solution overlap
• Elicit business needs and develop end-to-end use cases
• Translate requirements into features, user stories and functional specifications
• Support market screening, tender evaluation and vendor selection
• Prioritise product features and maintain functional specifications
• Prepare test plans and support business acceptance testing
• Develop adoption, training and knowledge-transfer materials
• Analyse business processes and propose automation or product improvements

• Three to four years of university or specialised higher education
• ITIL certification
• At least three years of relevant experience, or ten years without the required education
• Working knowledge of English
• Practical business-analysis knowledge
• Knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, natural-language processing and robotic process automation
• Data-analysis and business-intelligence capability

• Thirty-six-month fixed-term contract with extension subject to performance and funding
